John Newark, Director of JRN Building Services Ltd., has been trading for 35 years. John started his career as a bricklayer and has grown and developed his business into what it is today, a trusted and renowned local company with an excellent reputation for providing a high standard of workmanship, at a competitive price.
We are thrilled that many of our clients come back to JRN time and again and that the majority of our new customers are referred to us through personal recommendation.
JRN employs only conscientious and skilled workers and uses reliable and trustworthy sub-contractors on larger projects, all of whom offer the same level of commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction as those working directly for the company.
JRN is committed to developing and implementing new systems of work for continuous improvement of health and safety on site. We hold relevant public liability insurance and can provide references if required.

Plant Hire
JRN also offers plant hire services ranging from 1.5T excavators to Rainmondi tile cutters. All plant equipment is fully insured and safety checked up to current regulations.

Excavators
JRN offers 1.5 Tonne Kubota Excavators available for hire. Fully insured and well maintained throughout the year.
Fencing
JRN provides temporary fencing. commonly used for putting up around actives sites.
Cutters
Rainmondi tile cutters offer high end finish when laying porcelain patios or tiling kitchen and bathrooms. When laying porcelain, the raimondi tile cutter is highly recommended .

JRN undertook three separate Sub-contract packages on the Atlantic House 3-storey office block & associated six warehouse units. Their works consisted of external facade brick & blockwork, waterproofing rendering and general painting & decorating. Each of the packages were supervised personally by John Newark and we found both him, and all of his operatives, to be very proactive and professional in their approach.
